Dr. Saad Saad and His Medical Missions

In the 1980’s Dr. Saad Saad received an excellent medical opportunity to serve as a personal pediatric surgeon for a royal family situated in Saudi Arabia. He landed this job while working as a pediatric surgeon that was initially certified by the United States of America, who would comfortably speak Arabic as well as English. He lived in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Early Life

Born and raised in Kuwait, Dr. Saad Saad was close to his seven siblings. About 47 years ago, he was a student at Cairo University. He obtained a degree in medicine with honors. He graduated with first class honors in his class. After that, Saad moved to England for an internship before moving to the United States of America. Saad later undertook a residency in pediatric surgery to become a board-certified doctor. He would then become an accomplished pediatric surgeon located in Eatontown, New Jersey. He has a successful career mainly in the innovation of medical appliances. His skills have attracted doctors, humanitarian groups, as well as high-profile families in Saudi Arabia. Over the years, Saad Saad started to perform surgery for a significant number of patients. Today, he is a recognized philanthropist committed to making society a better place.

Dr. Saad Saad Supports Underprivileged Children

In 2002, the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund approached Dr. Saad Saad. The not-for-profit organization was established in 1991 to assist in addressing the medical needs of the Arabian children.

The company needed a healthcare medical practitioner to perform surgery on a young child who incurred a gunshot wound. While doctors at the local Israeli hospital worked hard to save the boy, the injuries were complicated to be treated completely. Dr. Saad Saad flew the boy to America to access treatment.

Eight Medical Missions in Palestine

Dr. Saad Saad was later asked to go to Palestine and perform surgery on children hailing from low income-earning families. PCRF was impressed. Therefore, he was asked to travel to Palestine to help the poor people at the West Bank. His mission was helping the poor to access better treatment. He has since been moving to local communities to save lives.

Why Dr. Saad Saad Traveled to Palestine

Help the Less Fortunate

As mentioned above, Dr. Saad Saad traveled to meet families of the less fortunate and provide treatment to those who couldn’t afford it. He also wanted to bring the skills that he’s learned in America to his local community.

Passing down Skills in Healthcare

Dr. Saad Saad’s mission was also to pass down some skills he’s learned during his career to the emerging Palestinian pediatric surgeons. He, therefore, trained them in his missions, to make sure that they can assist the locals after departing.
